MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: Torp Company warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 2 years from the original invoice date. The warranty does not cover: -Damage to a product resulting from negligence, improper installation, or improper use. -Damage to the product caused by using the tools, that are not part of the original product`s packaging. -Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification, miswiring, or testing of the product. -Damage caused by a natural disaster. -Theft or loss of the product. -Any damages to the plastic shield. -Surface scratches that do not affect the functioning of the product. -Any legal implications regarding the use of our product in your country.

The Buyer of product sold or provided by Electron Cycles acknowledges and agrees that Seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages or any damages to vehicle, expensed occurred, personal property or third persons. Electron Cycles will uphold the warranty of the manufacture of the product sold for a period of six months from date of purchase from manufacturer defect. In the event a manufacturer’s warranty exists, it is agreed and stated that under no circumstances shall the seller or manufacturer be liable for any labour charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any contingent expenses.
