Plesse note that power settings can very between riders, gearing and usage. A hard heavy rider may hit batter or motor thermal role back quicker than a lighter softer rider.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: Torp Company warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 2 years from the original invoice date. The warranty does not cover: -Damage to a product resulting from negligence, improper installation, or improper use. -Damage to the product caused by using the tools, that are not part of the original product`s packaging. -Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification, miswiring, or testing of the product. -Damage caused by a natural disaster. -Theft or loss of the product. -Any damages to the plastic shield. -Surface scratches that do not affect the functioning of the product. -Any legal implications regarding the use of our product in your country.
*2 Year Battery Warranty, 12 Months Controller, is for manufacturing defaults and does not cover miss use or accidental damage. These units are extremely strong and robust and will not let you down unless abused. We undertake warranties here in the UK. We take the pain!
Please note, Lithium batteries are considered hazardous and due care and attention should be taken. Although these cells are in wide use, and professionally manufactured in a purpose built factory; because of the power of the battery, we strongly recommend that precautions are taken. We do not recommend charging inside the family home and charging should be supervised. We take no responsibility for misuse. These batteries are thoroughly tested (full discharge and charge cycles at the manufacturing stage and also pre-delivery). These are not DIY or amateur built devices.
