High Power Additional Loom (Controller to Battery)

You will notice that our 72v batteries come with two discharge cables. This is to “parallel” the output power and share the load. The power from the battery to the controller is known as Direct Current “DC” discharge, which can create heat at full power. Having two cables shares this power and vastly reduces the heat created. Power from the controller to the motor is known as Phase Current, where the power flicks on and off very fast in phases, which creates less heat. If using the battery at full power, we highly recommend using the extra set of discharge cables provided and running your set up with two discharge leads from the battery to controller (extra lead provided on solo battery purchases, or already attached to the controller on full kit purchases: battery + controller).
We manufacture these to go with our 72v batteries (Included with original battery purchase).
Supplied with upgraded high power AWG 8 silicon cable.
One end with the ring terminals bolts direct to your controller :
Red: positive
Black: negative.
The otter end with the D6 connector goes straight into the battery.
Please remember to use the below connection sequence:
Connection order:
#01, Turn off trip by flicking red switch to the left.
#02, Plug in original power lead to battery (battery and power leads only plug in one way)
#03, Turn on red trip switch by flicking to the right.
#04, Plug in final power lead.

The Buyer of product sold or provided by Electron Cycles acknowledges and agrees that Seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages or any damages to vehicle, expensed occurred, personal property or third persons. Electron Cycles will uphold the warranty of the manufacture of the product sold for a period of six months from date of purchase from manufacturer defect. In the event a manufacturer’s warranty exists, it is agreed and stated that Under no circumstances shall the seller or manufacture be liable for any labour charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any contingent expenses.
