So how do we describe this bike? Think of it as a bike about the size of a big wheel YZ85. Smaller than the flaccid standard SR Ultra, About the same size as the the Talaria R and Sting. Definitely bigger than a SR Light Bee. But it’s quicker than all these bikes! (Burst). The bike hits around 55Mph as standard, but gets there REALLY fast. Runs at 7.5kW continuous, but has boost button that takes the power up to 12.5kw for 60 seconds, then press it again and you get another 60 seconds, then press it again…. Whoop Whoop!!
At 65Kg, no gears, 3 power modes, just throttle and bar brakes, makes this the ultimate easy to handle MX bike out there. Makes you ride like a superstar!
Whether MX or trial, this is the bike. The seat removes to become a full blooded trials bike with super low torque, yet put the seat back on and you have a leggy MX bike ready to hit the track (or over it – loves big jumps).
For those of you wanting to go green laning without the fear of prosecution on the road, we can offer the bike with daytime Enduro (competition) plate/registration for those road sections where a license plate is required (a small fee required – just call and ask for details.
The RFN ‘Rally Pro’ is delivering a premium high powered 74V 12.5Kw vehicle at a much more affordable price. The opportunity to experience the benefits of 74V, without the expense of upgrades. The ‘Rally Pro’ utilizes a ‘Direct Drive’ to deliver the power to the wheel, thus operating more efficiently. Range is also increased to around 100 miles in ‘Tortoise’ Eco Mode. The gearing is set for instant torque, rather than higher top speed, thus aimed at instant, short burst power, especially with ‘Rocket’ mode delivering 12.5Kw for 9 seconds. Additional design features include a higher seat height and MX styling, wider swing arm and rear tyre, a 2 level braking regen and most importantly the ability to remove the seat, to convert the bike for trials, climbing and stunts.
Juts a little note on battery size. You may have noticed the battery says 35Ah – that’s small right? WRONG!!!
Ah is unit of measurement specific to the voltage of the battery. A batteries real storage capacity is measured in Watt Hours (wH). wH is universal against all voltages. Its a really simple equation: Volts x Ah= wH. So a Sur Ron light Bee 60v 38Ah is actually 60 x 38 = 2280wH. But this bike (RFN) is 74V x 35Ah so = 2590wH its BIGGER!!
